Developing quality research that meets research-ethics recommendations is the responsibility of the whole research community. This questionnaire is aimed at early-career researchers at CIMCYC and allows you to assess your level of knowledge of good practice in ethics in research.
Before you begin, it is essential that you consult the CIMCYC Guide to Ethics in Research. The Guide contains all the information needed to answer the questions correctly.
The questionnaire consists of single-answer and multiple-answer questions. For each question, select the option(s) you think are correct and click the "next" button.
To obtain certification, you must answer all questions correctly. You have up to 4 additional attempts to correct any questions you have answered incorrectly. If after 4 attempts you have not managed to answer all questions correctly, you must repeat the questionnaire from the start.
Once you complete the questionnaire correctly, a unique approval code will be generated with the format ETICA-XXXXX (5 alphanumeric characters). It is important that you keep this code (take a screenshot or write it down), as it may be required for CIMCYC administrative procedures.
